We don't sell platform access. We plan, build, and maintain your private AI system. Here's how that works.
Phase 01 · Assess
The AI Readiness Review is a short, structured engagement: a workshop with your team, a walkthrough of the systems and documents an AI team would touch, and conversations with two or three of the people who would actually use it. We leave you with a written report and, if it's worth building, a scoped quote.
The point is not to sell you something. The point is to tell you honestly whether a private AI team would help, where it would help, and what it would take. Some readiness reviews end with a recommendation to do nothing. That is a fine outcome.
Phase 02 · Design & quote
If you decide to move forward, we translate the readiness review into a concrete build proposal. Architecture choices, hardware specification, the integrations we will wire up, the documents we will fine-tune on, the workflows we will implement, the timeline, and a fixed price.
No hourly billing, no open-ended statements of work. You know what you are agreeing to before anything starts. If the scope changes later, we price the change and you decide whether to proceed.
Phase 03 · Build & integrate
We procure and configure the hardware, fine-tune local models on your documents and workflows, and integrate the system into the channels your team already works in. Slack, KakaoTalk, Teams, email, or your internal systems. Everything is installed on-site and verified in your environment.
You own the hardware. You own the model weights. You own the data. When the build is done, you have a private AI system that continues to belong to you even if our relationship ends.
Phase 04 · Maintain & evolve
Once the system is live, we stay on. Monitoring, model updates, security patches, and tuning as your workflows evolve. When you want the system to learn a new skill or work with a new process, we train it: no new engagement, no new statement of work.
The maintenance fee is flat and predictable: designed to feel like an ongoing partnership, not a recurring invoice. You can end the relationship at any time; the system still belongs to you.
A note on price
Build cost and monthly maintenance are both quoted after the free AI Readiness Review, because both depend on scope. We do not publish a menu because there isn't one, but we do commit to fixed prices, no usage fees, and no surprise invoices. If your budget is a concern, tell us during the review and we will design to it.
